Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [your email/contact details].

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
